Course Description

Grammar for Proofreading is a complete stand-alone grammar program that emphasizes all grammar and editing skills to proofread one’s work. This course provides an in-depth study of grammar beginning at the seventh-grade level. The learner can complete the course at his or her own pace; however, for those who would prefer more guidance, suggested study guides are available, including a timeline by grade level along with a suggested curriculum guide, including literature, if one would prefer to use these courses toward high school credits. 

Pricing Options

Videos are subscription-based, allowing an individual to work at his/her own pace. Instruction may be purchased in 1-3-6 month blocks. Upon completion of subscription, additional blocks of time may be purchased allowing learner to continue the study from where he/she left off.

Ann Hamblin

Over the past three decades, Ann has helped hundreds of students make a successful transition into college-level work through her unique style of instruction. Her "down-to-earth" practical approach to teaching makes student learning “real-life.” She is an innovator whose love for learning and helping others learn has motivated her to develop mastery-based instructional materials in the areas of English, math, reading, and writing. Believing that all learning builds on prior knowledge, Ann focuses on building strong foundational skills on which higher levels of learning can be accomplished. Her talent is taking difficult concepts for students to master and simplifying those concepts where students can understand them and apply them to higher levels of learning.
